We all spread our time too thin. Maybe it’s time to start spending more time in the places, and with the people that really matter — more time on and with less. It’s a simple concept that allows me to stay on point on what really matters.

Today let’s talk about spending more time with less.
Hey everybody, Greg Taylor here and I just want to do a quick video about spending more time with less, and it sort of relates to the 80/20 rule of business.
So everybody knows that 80%, typically 80% of your revenue comes from 20% of your clients. Also it’s well known that 80% of your results come from 20% of your effort. So it gets me thinking, and it goes back to a conversation I had with a artist buddy of mine that I grew up with, Jason Oliva, about spending more time with less. So think of the same principles, but think of it as a man, think of it in the context of relationships, or mentoring and teaching, or just developing quality time or quality relations with people.
If you spend more time with less people, the relationships that you develop and cultivate will be stronger, will be more personal, and it’ll inevitably help you do what you want to do with your business. Or even business aside, it’s just gonna make you happy. You’re gonna get to know people better. You’re gonna get a trusted circle of friends. You’re gonna get a trusted circle of confidants and people and collaborators, people you can work with.
So try this out, the next time you find yourself spread really, really thin trying to run all over the place and see everybody, and trying to just keep everybody happy, go back to the 80/20 rule and just make a conscious decision to spending more time with less people and see how that pans out.
